Capital Area Transit Sytem (CATS)
CATS offers local fixed route transit service throughout most of the parish. 'CATS on Demand' is a specialized van service offering curb to curb customer service qualifying for persons with disabilities. CATS offers service every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Customer service is available for trip planning purposes at the Transfer Center.
